Silburn Clarke has had more than 25 years of experience as a management practitioner in the Jamaican Public Sector and over 18 years as a successful business advisor and entrepreneur providing solutions for the Caribbean public and private sectors. He has conducted several studies and analysis of the external business environments, internal processes, human resourcing, training, product and services reviews and technology requirements for several state operating agencies. He has a vast amount of experience in cadastral surveying, automation of geo-spatial databases, digitization of maps and the provision of training programmes. He has served on numerous policy groups and has devised many successful strategies and projects aimed at efficient and effective improvements in public sector agencies. For the past 11 years he has been at the forefront of land information policy formulation and strategic implementations nationally. For the past 15 years he has been Founder, Owner, Chairman and CEO of Spatial Innovision, he works directly with numerous Caribbean public and private businesses in transforming their operations to leverage their spatial information for realizable business benefits.
