Herbert Hall is a financial sector practitioner with over eleven years working experience in the areas of budgeting, macro-economic research, strategic planning and corporate finance. He joined NCB Capital Markets in October 2007 and currently serves as Manager of the Corporate Solutions Unit where he has negotiated, structured and arranged some of Jamaica’s largest private capital markets funding transactions. Mr. Hall has significant experience in investment analysis and advisory, client portfolio allocation and management as well as strategic management and planning. He has also received specialized training from the IMF as well as the Euromoney Institute in financial modeling and company valuation, respectively. Prior to joining NCB Capital Markets, Mr. Hall was the Group Economist for National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited and a member of the Group’s Strategic Planning Committee. He has also held the post of Monetary Economist with the Bank of Jamaica.
Mr. Hall holds a BSc. in Economics & Management (Hons.) and a MSc. in Economics, both from the University of the West Indies and a MSc. in Finance from the University of Leicester.
